Fidelio/FIAS

Description

Fidelio is the Hotel management system from company MICROS. FIAS is the interface and the protocol allowing the communication with a Saia PCD®. Both, Serial (RS232) and TCP/IP communication are possible.

With this protocol the Saia PCD® will receive Check-In and Check-Out information from individual rooms and returns this status on binary outputs. The number of rooms is not limited. The Saia PCD® can also request a re-synchronization, with which the current status of all rooms is resent to the Saia PCD®. Planed CheckIn can also be received during night as to prepare room comfort before guest CheckIn.
