M-Bus Driver
Short description
The M-Bus protocol is a standard protocol for reading of devices like heat, water, gas and electrical energy counters. M-Bus is normalized as EN 1434-3. Many manufacturers have now implemented an M-Bus interface based on this standard. With the M-Bus driver, the PCD acts as Master and is able to read the values from the counters. The application is created with Fupla Fboxes. Generic Fboxes are available to read the typical values of most heat counters like Energy, Power, Volume, Volume flow, Temperature, Return temperature and Temperature difference. Specific Fboxes have been created for some known particular devices (see list below). Additional Fboxes are available to read additional values.
