Fidelio / FIAS
Short description
Fidelio is the Hotel management system from company Micros Fidelio Bella Vista. FIAS is the interface and the protocol allowing you to communicate with a SAIA-PCD. Both, Serial / RS232 and TCP/IP communication are possible. With this protocol, the SAIA-PCD will receive Check-In and Check-Out information from individual rooms and returns this status on binary outputs. The number of rooms is not limited. The PCD can also request a re-synchronization, with which the current status of all rooms is resent to the PCD. Please contact Engiby for other functionality.
