Tyco MX Driver
Short description
The Tyco MX Driver is configured by a specific tool called NG-AlarmSystem. The tool can directly import the Tyco MX configuration and generate a mapping of the alarms to PCD variables (Flags or Registers). The driver receives alarms, warnings and status of detectors and allows you to send acknowledgements and commands. The driver support only 1 RS232 interface per PCD for a point to point connections or a Tyco MX networks. The following systems are currently supported : - Tyco MX 1000 - Tyco MX 4000 Further systems can be added on request. For simple applications (message reception only), the ESPA 4.4.4 protocol could also be used.
